Add-ons

In addition to the World Congress, the Self-Advocacy Summit, Families Summit, and General Assembly will happen in Sharjah.

Please select which extra events you plan to attend, in addition to the World Congress. There is no added cost to attend these events.

You will only see events that you have the option to attend - for example, if you told us you were a family member, you will have the option to sign up for the Families Summit but not the Self-Advocacy Summit.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
You are signing up to attend the World Congress in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This payment registers you to attend the World Congress from September 15-17, and any events you may have selected on September 14 or 18. You will need to book your travel to the United Arab Emirates, including your flight and your accommodation in Sharjah or Dubai yourself. Hotel recommendations will be sent to you by email after you register. If you can’t come to the World Congress anymore, you can ask us to cancel. This might happen if you get sick or if you can’t travel anymore. If you cancel your ticket, you can have your money back. The last day to cancel and get your money back is August 15, 2025.

Payment

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to you over email.

Payment of the invoice is due within 14 days. If payment is not made within 14 days, your registration for the World Congress will be cancelled.
